Lose Weight with Veggie Lodge

Ok, if we all ate like this over the holidays, we would not be on diet today.

From this day forward, learn to love the body you have by filling it with healthy, nutritious food. More veggies, fruits, nuts and beans, less deep-fried or packaged food. Of course, some water in place of soda would also help.
